In 2003, there were 13,700 students at college a, with a projected enrollment increase of 1200 students per year. in the same year, there were 26,500 students at college b, with a projected enrollment decline of 400 students per year. according to these projections, when will the colleges have the same enrollment

    13,700 + 1200x = y

    College B

    26,500 + 400x = y

    13,700 + 1,200 (16) = 32,900

    26,500 + 400 (16) = 32,900

    The colleges will have the same enrollment after 16 years, in 2019.
