A pond is 50 m long 30 m wide and 2m deep find the capacity of the pond in cubic meters

    The capacity of the pond can be found out by finding out the volume of the pond.

    Volume of the pond will tell how much capacity can be held inside the pond.

    volume = length x width x height

    all these 3 measurements are known so we have to substitute them in the equation as follows;

    volume = 50 m x 30 m x 2 m

    = 3000 m³ is the capacity of the pond
