The mean is £175 and 3 employees earn more than the mean wage. Why do so few staff earn more than the mean wage?

    Perhaps you can make your problem easier by saying: Why do so few members of the staff earn more than the Minimum Wage (MW) ? Perhaps they work harder, perhaps they have been there longer, etc. There can be many reasons.
