    4 (1/10) = 2 (1/5)

    1/10 x 4/1

    1 x 4 = 4

    10 x 1 = 10

    4/10 = 2/5

    1/5 x 2/1

    1 x 2 = 2

    5 x 1 = 5

    2/5

    2/5 = 2/5
