Chances of winning the game by cultural victory = 20%

Chances of winning the game by Scientific victory = 20%

Chances of winning the game by Diplomatic victory = 20%

Chances of winning the game by military victories = total chances - (combined chances of other three)

Chances of winning the game by military victories = 100% - (20%+20%+20%)

=100 % - 60%

=40%
