1/50 converted to percent would be 2%. Here is how I got 2%. All I did was just divide 1 and 50 and got 0.2 then I had to multiply 0.2 * 100 and got 2%.
1/50 converted to decimal would be 0.02. I got 0.02 by dividing 1 and 50.
