Dorian had to multiply a number by 41. He mistakenly multiplied it by 14 and his answer was 567 less than the correct answer. Find the number. Include your calculations with your answer.

    41*21=861

    14*21=294

    861-294=567

    He needed to do 41 * x which is 41x.

    He mistakenly did 14 * x which is 14x.

    14x = 41x - 567

    567 = 27x

    x = 567/27

    x = 21
