1) Diego wants to buy a new pair of airpods ($150) and a new

iPhone X ($1,000) for a total of $1,150. If he makes $95.00 a week

working at the YMCA and $15.00 a week from mowing lawns, what

is the minimum amount of weeks he needs to work to purchase

both items?

a. Create an inequality to represent the word problem above.

b. Determine the minimum number of weeks needed to

purchase both items.

c. Check your answer (plug a number greater than your

minimum amount back in for your variable).
