A spinner is divided into 4 equal size sections. The 4 sections are colored red green orange and blue. If Ana spins the spinner twice what are the possible outcomes?

    There are 4 possible outcomes with the same colour:-

    RR, OO, GG and BB.

    The rest of the outcomes = number of permutations of 2 from 4 which is

    4*3*2*1 / 2 = 12 (I am assuming that the order in which they appear does matter)

    Soi the total ways = 12 + 4 = 16
