In Carisa's class, 28% of students bike to school. If 7 students bike to school, how many students are in the class?

    Do a proportion. 28/100 = 7/x. Now cross multiply and divide. 7 x 100=700 and 700 divided by 28 is 25. There are 25 students in the class. Answer is 25
