    Pradip

    Step-by-step explanation:

The "total" number in each ratio must be the actual total of the number of fruit slices on the plate. Since the total must be less than 20, neither ratio number (11 or 13) can be multiplied by 2 or any higher factor.

    The number of orange slices on Pradip's plate is 11 - 4 = 7.

The number of orange slices on Pam's plate is given as 6.

    Pradip has more orange slices.
