Since it is just greater than and not greater than or equal to it will be a dotted line
Draw a line (dotted) at x=3
Then, since it is x >3 shade the space greater than the line. (to the right)
for Y>_2 same deal, except it is greater than or equal to so it is a solid line.
draw a line at y = 2 and shade the space greater than the line (above it).
The answer is where the two shaded areas (including the solid line) is.
