We open the brackets
And use the laws of indices
-2x^2 (-5X^2+4X^3)
Opening brackets
10X^4-8X^5 we get X^4 and X^5 because the terms we have multiplied have common bases and therefore we have added the powers
Hence our answer is 10X^4-8X^5
