A certain can of iced tea contains 4% of the recommended daily allowance of sodium. The recommended daily allowance is 2500 milligrams. How many milligrams of sodium are in the can of iced tea? Show your work make it easy.

    To find the how many mg of sodium in 1% divide 2500 by 100, then multiply that number by the percentage you want to find (in this case 4) to get your answer.

    2500:100=25

    25*4=100

    so in the can of iced tea it contains 100mg of sodium
