Each student is supposed to get 108/22 cookies but that gives an answer with a decimal. (Each student can only get whole number cookies)

So we divide 108 by 22 using wrong division.

    22 times 4 is 88. 108 minus 88 is 20

So each student get 4 cookies Mrs. Clemons have 20 cookies left over.
