Ok so correct me if I'm wrong
Answer: h=14
So a negative divided by a negative is always a positive
And since - 7h is not the same as a regular whole number - 98, and since they're on opposite sides of an equal sign ...
We divide them
7 goes into 98 14 times
Since they're both negative, that would make 14 a positive
Leaving us with h=14
