Slope=1 y-intercept=-3 I know the answer I just need to know how it's done

    Every straight line has the form:

    y = mx + b

    Where m is the slope of the line.

    b is the value for the y - intercept

    Therefore the equation of the line is:

    y = (1) x + (-3)

    y = x - 3
