If y=12x-7 were changed to y=12x+1, how would the graph of the new function compare to the original?

    1st, these 2 functions are parallel since they have the same slope (m=12)

    2nd in a) For x = 0, y = - 7, meaning the line intersects with y-axis at y=-7

    3rd in b) For x = 0, y = + 1, meaning the line intersects with y-axis at y=1
