Marta is making two different charms for a necklace. One charm has a 1 cm diameter and a 3.14 cm circumference. A similar charm has a diameter of 4 cm. What is the circumference?

    Do 3.14 times 4 because if one similar charm has a 1cm diameter and a circumference of 3.14 you could just multiply it
