Well, there are 60 seconds in 1 minute and 100 cm in 1 meter

so in order to convert cm to m, you would need to divide by 100

in order to convert 1/s to 1/min you would want to multiply by 60

the conversion factor should therefore by 60/100 or 6/10 or 0.6

assuming i didnt make a conversion error somewhere
