0.1 (3x-4y) + 0.7x-3y Distribute 0.1 through the parenthesis
0.3x-0.4y+0.7x-3y Collect the like terms ex. (x, x) (y, y)
(0.3+0.7) x + (-0.4-3) y
↓ ↓
x - 3.4 y
