A restaurant sells sandwiches for d dollars. To keep up with rising costs the owner will increase the price of each sandwich by 10%. Write an expression to represent the new cost of a sandwich?

    Due to increase in cost, there was a price increased and 10% was added to the earlier price.

    To get the new price, we add the earlier price to 10% of the earlier price.
