How many communities can be formed?. with 54 Republicans 43 Democratics and 3 indendants. They must have 3 Republicans and 2 Democratics in each committee.

    18 communities can be formed.

    As dividing 54 by 3 (Each needs 3 republicans) = 18 communities

    Dividing 43 by 2 (each needs 2 democratics) = 21.5 communities

    therefore, we go for 18 communities.
