volume of sphere is 4/3*pi*r^3 and volume of cone is 1/3*pi*r^2*h if the volume of sphere > volume of cone then it will overflow.

the volume of the ice cream is: 4.189 cubic inches

The volume of the cone: 6.545 cubic inches.
