Two angles are supplementary angles if the sum of their measures is 180. Find two supplementary angles such that the measure of the first angle is 18 degrees less than three times the measure of the second. What is the measure of the first and second angle

    3x-18+x=180

    4x-18=180

    198=4x

    49.5=x

    Angle 1 is 49.5 degrees

    Angle 2 is 130.5 degrees
