    3y+6x=90

    3y=90-6x

    y=30-2x

    The x intercept is when y=0, 2x=30, x=15, it represents the maximum possible number of adult tickets sold.

    The y intercept is when x=0, y=30, it represents the maximum possible number of student tickets sold.
