You would divide 3 by 8 but you would make the 3 into 3.0 the you would just think of it as 30 but yu would put the decimal place above the other decimal spot then the answer for 8 into 30 would be 3 so then you would be 6 away from 30 so then you would add another 0 to 3.0 s then it would be 3.00 the you would bring the 0 down by the six then it would be 60 divided by 8 and that would be 7 which is 56 what ever you should understand the rest sorry for not telling you all about it

Solve:-
To turn ANY fraction to a decimal, all you have to do is divide the numerator by the denominator.
3/8
3 : 8 = 0.375
3/8 as a decimal is 0.375.
