We can simplify this by separating this into 2 sections. 2x^3 + 16x^2 and 7x+56. The GCF of 2x^3 + 16x^2 is 2x^2 and the GCF of 7x+56 is 7. When we factor out these numbers we are left with (x+8) for both. The simplified equation is (2x^2 + 7) (x+8)
