The lowest common multiple of two numbers is 36, one number is 12, what might the other number be?

    The other number is 36 but if you are not counting 36, then it would be 18 but usually you would choose 36.

    12*3=36

    18*2

    36*1=36

    There are no other numbers above 12 other than 18 and 36 that has a multiple of 36
