The mean of the set of 5 numbers is 95. To find that, you would add all the numbers together and divide by however many numbers there are, which is 5 in this case.

The median of the 5 numbers is also 95. To get that answer, you would put the 5 numbers in order. (90,92,95,98,100) Since there is an odd amount of numbers, the median is the middle number. Which is 95.

The answer to the main question is C.

Mean is the average. Add all and divide by how many.

    (100+95+90+98+92) / 5 = 90

    475/5 = 95

Median is the middle number after you arrange them in descending or ascending order:

    90, 92, 95, 98, 100

In this case, the ans is C.
