In preparation for a graduation party, Christine bought peaches, oranges, and bananas. Peaches cost $1.50 each, oranges cost $1.00 each, and bananas cost $0.50 each. A total of $87.50 was spent on the fruit, and 91 pieces of fruit were purchased. If $26.50 more was spent on peaches than on bananas, how many peaches were purchased?

    30 - you minus 87.50 by 26.50 which is 61 then you minus 91 by 61 which is 30
