The perimeter of a rectangular pool 160 meters. The length of the pool is 20 meters more than it's width. Which equaction can be used? a x+x+80=160 b 2x + (40+x) = 160 c 2 (x+x) + 40=160 d 2 (x+40+x) = 160

    It would be c) 2 (x+x) + 40=160

    If x is the width, then x + 20 is the length.

    The perimeter will be:

    2 (x + x + 20) = 160

    If you just multiply out the 20, you get

    2 (x + x) + 40 = 160
