Six apples at juicy deals grocery store cost 8$. For the price of 15$ you can buy 25 oranges. In the relationship between the number of oranges and their price proportional? Show your work.

    It isn't proportional because apples cost more than oranges. apples cost 1.33 and oranges cost 0.60 which means they have different cost and if 6 apples cost $8 and 25 oranges cost $15 if you spend $15 then you will have more oranges than apples. Because the oranges cost less so they aren't really the same. Long story short you would do 15 divided by 25 which would give you $0.60 per orange and 8 divided by 6 to get the cost per apple which is $1.33 per apple.
