How do i solve an elimination, substitution, and graphing method for y=25x+35, y=5x+45

    Y=25x+35

    y=5x+45

    25x+35=5x+45

    20x=10, x=1/2

    y= 5 + 45

    2

    y =47.5

    Y = 25x + 35

    y = 5x + 45

    Thus,

    25x + 35 = 5x + 45

    25x - 5x = 45 - 35

    20x = 10

    x = 10/20 = 1/2

    y = 5x + 45

    y = 2.5 + 45

    y = 47.5

    Thus, x = 1/2, y = 47.5
