The temperature inside a freezer was - 18 °C when the freezer was accidentally unplugged. After that, the temperature increased by 2 °C per hour. This situation can be modeled by an equation of the form y = mx + b, where x = the time in hours that the freezer was been unplugged and y = the temperature in degrees Celsius. What is the value of b in this equation?
