    Total People = 353

    Member = $2.75

    Non Member = $6.50

    Total collected = $1762

    Assumed all the 353 people are members:

    Total collected = 2.75 x 353 = $970.75

    Difference in total = 1762 - 970.75 = $791.25

    Difference in member and non member price:

    6.50 - 2.75 = $3.75

    Total number of non member's tickets = 791.25 : 3.75 = 211

    Number of member's tickets = 353 - 211 = 142

    There are 142 members and 211 non-members.

    Check:

    142 x 2.75 = $390.50

    211 x 6.50 = $1371.50

    Total = $390.50 + $1371.50 = $1762
