    x = - 11; y = - 19

    Step-by-step explanation:

    lets name y-2x=3 "A";

    name 3x-2y=5 "B".

    2A: 2y-4x=6

    2A+B: (2y-4x) + (3x-2y) = 6+5

    2y-4x+3x-2y=11

    -x=11

    so x = - 11

    so A is : y-2 (-11) = 3

    y+22=3

    so

    y = - 19
