Manny's father bought a box of miniature candy bars for him. his mother limited the number of candy bars he could eat each day. the equation n = 96 - 3d models the number of candy bars, n, that were in manny's box after d days. how many days had manny been eating candy bars when there were 63 bars left in the box?

    N = 96 - 3d

    63 = 96 - 3d

    3d = 96 - 63

    3d = 33

    d = 33/3

    d = 11.

    He had been eating it for 11 days.
