214 divided by 9 is 23.7777 etc so add two more tickets 216 divided by 9 is 24 so they would need to buy two more tickets to equally divide the tickets

The answer would be two more tickets because 216 is the closest number to 214 that gives a whole number (24 tickets per each friend) when divided by nine
