According to the 2010 U. S. Census, there are approximately 8 million people living in Virginia. This is 2.8 million less than 4 times the population of Nevada. What is the population of Nevada?

    8 Million + 2.8 Million = 10.8 Million divided by 4 is 2.7 Million

    2.7 times 4 is 10.8 and 8 is 2.8 less than 10.8

    The answer is 2.7 Million people
