    Note that π radians = 180°.

    Therefore

    - (16π) / 7 radians = - (16π) / 7 * (180/π) degrees

    = - 155.5°

    Because angles are measured from the x-axis counterclockwise, the given angle is

    360 - 155.5 = 204.5°

    The angle is drawn on a unit circle and shown in the figure below.

    The angle of 204.5° is in quadrant 3.

    The four quadrants are labelled as Q1, Q2, Q3 and Q4.
