First we must start out by distributing the power among the certain variables and coefficients in the equation as so ((-8) ^3 (g) ^ (4*3) h^ (6*3)
Since the product of powers properties states that a power to the power is a power times a power, we apply it to the variables as well as the coefficient of - 8.
