Alvin has 25 coins that values $4.00, some are quarters and some are dimes. What is the ratio of the numbers of dimes to the number of quarters.

    Since. 25*10 is 2.50 and. 10*15 is 1.50 it equals $4. So the ratio is 10:15 which turns to 2:3 ratio simplified.
