Start by rewritting as 24y^5 over 15x^8 and then multiply by 1 over (8y^2) (4x^4)

    Simplifies initially to 8y^5 / 5 x^8 times 1/32^y2x^4

Now simplify by doing y (5-2) since there is y in both numerator and denominator, and by reducing 8 and 32

    Answer: y^3/5x^12
