    the answer would be A. Since he currently doesn't have enough fund within his ban account using a credit card is advised greatly. Credit cards are good for emergencies like his case. it allows the holder to be able to purchase the items needed without immediate pay, but he would still end up paying the amount he used plus some probable interest due to possible interest rate in the card company.
