y2-y1/x2-x1. plug the numbers in and solve:
18-14/-3 - (-6)
slope: 4/3
the use the equation y=mx+b
m is the slope and substitute the x and y for one of the coordinates, I am going to use the first one (-6, 14)
14=4/3 (-6) + b and solve for b
14 = - 8 + b
22=b
then put all together giving you
y = 4/3 x + 22
