Use a calculator to divide the two numbers given

    163/2873 = 0.0567

    which is approximate

Move the decimal 2 spots to the right to convert to a percent

We go from 0.0567 to 5.67% which rounds to 5.7% when rounding to the nearest tenth of a percent (one decimal place)

    Answer: 5.7%
