Robot Robbie Alicia has been building her robot Robbie for the big 4 meter drag race. She has learned that her robot moves 75 mm in a straight line every time its tires do a full 360 degree rotation. She programs Robbie to do 50 tire rotations for the race. a) Robbie is 25 cm long. If the race starts with the nose of the robot touching the starting line, will the nose of the robot get to the end line of the drag race after 50 rotations

    Step-by-step explanation:

    If one full 360 degree rotations moves 75 mm then 50 tire rotations would be 3750 mm which is 375 cm which is 25cm short of being 4 meters. Even though Robbie is 25cm long, the nose of the robot will not get to the end line because the nose was behind the start line and moved 3.75 meters in the drag race leaving the nose 25cm away from the end line.
