If the area of a rectangle is 1035 cm² in the length is 3 cm what is the width

    The area of a rectangle is length times width.

    A = L*W

    In terms of W, that is

    W = A/L

    Given A = 1035 cm² and L = 3 cm, therefore

    W = 1035 cm² / 3 cm = 345 cm
