A square based pyramid with side length 10cm has a lateral area of 80cm squared. What is the slant height of the pyramid?

    Area of one face=80/4=20

    base length=10

    area = 1/2*10*h=20 where h is slant height.

    h=20/5=4

    so slant height h=4 cm
